This training targets all personnel dealing or caring for children. Course include proper handling to emergency situations and serious illness that could occur to children in a professional manner, in order to preserve lives and minimize complications

Introduction Define first aid, steps followed to conduct first aid, rights and duties when conducting first aid.

Background information Physiology and anatomy of different biological systems.

• Scene Assessment.

• Barrier Use.

• Cycle of care: the AB CAB S steps.

• Primary Assessment.

• CPR – Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.

• CPR + Rescue Breathing.

• Serious Bleeding Management.

• Shock Management.

• Spinal Injury Management.

• Conscious/Unconscious Choking Adult, Children & Infant

- The course must be held in spacious room for the practical part of the session.

- Every trainee will be assessed via a theoretical test covering the seminar.

- NB: If needed, any Regulations, policies or standards regarding to an emergency situation contains a First Aid need, can be added as a Client request.
