Objectives:

This Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training course provides delegates with an understanding of Lean Six Sigma tools and processes to improve the performance of processes and the business.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training is focused on team members understanding and applying the Define Measure Analyze Improve and Control (DMAIC) model that is the foundation of most Six Sigma projects.
The focus of Six Sigma is fundamentally about quality, customer focus and cost, whereas Lean is about cost and speed. This course blends a number of Lean concepts and tools into the Six Sigma DMAIC model. The team leaders and team members are the brains and muscle behind the Lean Six Sigma programme it is critical that they are equipped with the appropriate skills and tools to enable them to deliver current and future improvements.

Day 4: Improve phase

•   Maximizing ROI ( Solution Design Matrix , DOE )

Day 5: Control phase

•   Sustaining ROI ( Control Plan , Introduction To Control Charts )

Target group:

This course is designed for general managers, production and quality managers, supervisors and any possible member of Six Sigma projects. In general, organizations at any level of a lean journey, either in the beginning stages or in more intermediate phases

A bachelor degree in business or engineering is required for participating in this course.
